MODEL AGE REQUIREMENTS:

Our shoot is open to models over 14 years of age. Models under 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or authorized Guardian. Children under 14 will not be allowed to attend unless they have registered previously at an earlier New Faces event. Their model number will be on our master list which we share with other sponsors.

MODEL ATTIRE:

Model Attire can be any clothing that is appropriate for wear in public places. Models under 14 will not be allowed to wear swimsuits. There will be: No T-Backs, G-Strings, Lingerie or Nudity. PHOTOGRAPHER BEHAVIOR:

Photographers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and respect the models at all times. Models are not to be touched or abused in any way. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you abuse the privilege of this event.

DISTRIBUTION OF PHOTOGRAPHS:

There are NO Model Releases available for this event.
No commercial publication for sale or profit of any kind is permitted. You may enter the photos in our contest or submit them to Photo Journal, Photo Day News, or Arizona Photo Shoot Monthly for limited publication in these types of trade papers.
Some models may be willing to sign a release at a later date, upon viewing the pictures. This is totally between you and the model, and may require an additional payment to the model.

DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES:

In addition to the opportunity to develop a portfolio for next to nothing, models may win prize money. All of the registered photographers receive a ballot to vote for their favorite models. The votes are counted and prizes awarded at the close of the event. Prize money is based on the photographer attendance. $5.00 for each registered photographer is put in the pool which is divided among the top 6 models. We also give out up to 25 certificates indicating favorite model status. Prize money is guaranteed up to $300.00. The planned distribution is as follows (using a base of 60 photographers: 1st place - $100.00, 2nd place - $75.00, 3rd place - $50.00, 4th, 5th & 6th places - $25.00 each. Actual prize money may vary if photographer turnout is less than or exceeds 60.

LIABILITY RELEASE / PARENTAL PERMISSION SLIP:

Every person who attends this event will be required to sign a liability release for insurance purposes. All models will be asked to sign a limited release for promotional purposes. The sponsor will not be allowed to sell any photos acquired at the event. This release only covers the non commercial use for purposes of promoting the events and the models.
